Our new arrival for 2012 is  the Baby’s Dream Legendary Collection!

Baby’s Dream is known for gentle looks, classic styles, and outstanding  quality.  When we take a look Legendary Collection it’s easy to see those details brought to life..

A little bit about the collection:  Baby’s Dream is known for designing dressers with deeeeeep drawers (one of my favorite features) which are ideal for clothing storage.  Let’s face it…  when it comes to kids we know there’s going to be a mountain of clothes to put away.  With Baby’s Dream dressers and chests we can make sure all the clothes are neatly placed keeping baby’s nursery nice and neat!

I personally love that the Legendary Collection offers 3 unique cribs to choose from… (FYI the average nursery collection typically offer only one crib style).  All of the cribs are convertible cribs that convert from:   Crib  ->  Toddler Bed  ->  Full-Size Bed.  Each of the 3 cribs also comes the option of Baby’s Dreams patented safety gate (see www.babysdream.com for more info).

The Legendary Collection is offered in cherry, espresso, and white finishes.

The City Mini GT stroller is a bit like the City Mini stroller but lets just say… a little more edgy.

From first glance we can see the City Mini GT stroller sports inflatable bicycle tube tires and spring-loaded suspension.  Hello smoother ride!  Now parents go from stroller with baby at the mall to cruising over those pebbles on trails at the park and still have a great ride.

The City Mini GT will weigh 21 lbs and the seat capacity will now be set at 65 lbs (compared to 50 on the regular City Mini).

The GT also sports an adjustable stroller handle.  <— A biggie!   With so many moms and dads being at least a couple inches apart in height, an adjustable stroller handle really makes it easier for parents to stand comfortably and push their stroller.

The new stroller from Baby Jogger also comes with easier rear-access to the under-stroller storage basket.  In addition, the fabrics used in the canopies and seats are thicker and seem to be made better overall.  And while we’re talking fabrics we should note that all fabric color options are changing for the 2012 season.

The 2012 City Mini GT will be available in Black, Lemon, Orange, and Green.

The City Mini GT is expected to arrive February/March 2012 and will be priced at $349.  We will begin taking pre-orders on the City Mini GT soon to come.

Since we’ve been getting this question a lot lately we thought we’d show you!

Here we have the City Select setup with 2 infant car seat adapters.  Both of the stroller’s seats are removed at this stage…  We’re also using the Chicco KeyFit 30 infant car seats with this travel system.

The Monarch Crib features bold looks and clean lines… it’s the perfect sleep time quarters for any little prince or princess.

All of the Monarch dressers and chests feature silent self-closing drawer glides and smooth finishes.

The Monarch Armoire happens to be my favorite crown piece from the collection… the vertical storage chest highlights the hand-crafted details that go into this beautiful nursery set.

The Monarch Collection is also made of American Hard Maple wood…  For those of you who aren’t tree experts, maple is the strongest of all wood types which means these furniture pieces are strong, sturdy, and most importantly, made to last.

Two finish colors are available within The Monarch Collection, walnut and espresso.  Both are beautiful… The walnut is a medium tone that shows the deep textures of the wood grain.  The espresso is deep and rich providing a bold, yet elegant presence in any nursery room.  That’s all for now!

We’ve discovered Baby Jogger is introducing a brand new stroller this Fall!

It’s called the Baby Jogger City Versa stroller!

There are limited details surrounding the City Versa stroller right now… but we have an inside sneak-peak!  At first glance the City Versa looks similar to Baby Jogger’s City Select stroller…

The inside details on the City Versa:

The City Versa stroller, unlike the City Select, can be folded using one hand.  Simply pull to fold.

The stroller’s seat is reversible so you can keep an eye on little one.  Hey, no throwing Cheerios!

The Baby Jogger City Versa stroller is also equipped with a hand break conveniently located near the stroller’s handle-bar.  As for storage, from the photo we can see the City Versa has nice-size stroller storage space that is easily accessible from the rear.

The Aria collection is one of my personal favorites to debut in 2011…  First, I like the drawer glides Pali uses on the majority of their dressers.  Their ultra-smooth rolling glides are like butter when you close them.  Second, the Aria Forever Crib features a full-panel headboard (a.k.a. no slats).  How is this beneficial you might ask?

Once you convert a full-panel headboard crib into a full-size bed you have much more back support when leaning against the headboard.  Prop a few pillows against the headboard, grab a glass of warm milk, and you’re all set to read a bedtime story to your child before tucking them in and putting them to sleep…
